CPR Training for Communities and for Schools in Louisville, KY

There can be nothing better than learning the life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures which comprises chest compressions and rescue breaths. Proper application of the procedures can revive the life of a victim in the middle of a cardiac emergency. A cardiac arrest or heart attack can strike anyone, irrespective of the victim’s age or sex so each and every individual should be well-equipped to handle such emergencies efficiently. Proper application of the resuscitation techniques increases the chances of survival for cardiac arrest or heart attack victims.

Always select an accredited training center for acquiring training such as the AHA accredited CPR Louisville in Kentucky where classes are conducted through a series of audio and video lectures and hands-on practice. There are courses for both healthcare as well as non-healthcare providers. Today, our discussion will center on an ACLS certification Louisville and a BLS certification program

ACLS Training Classes- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) class is designed for those who work in emergency response, intensive care units, the emergency department, anesthesia units, telemetry departments, cardiac catheterization labs, outpatient surgery centers, advanced dentistry, respiratory therapy departments, some pharmacy departments, and many more. Most employers of these departments require employees to be ACLS certified.

In this first time ACLS American Heart Association course, students will utilize their assessment skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, and knowledge of the ACLS treatment algorithms to manage cardiac arrest, cardiovascular emergencies, and respiratory arrest. The course is led by experienced AHA ACLS instructors who are focused on student success. They work hard to insure a stress–free classroom environment. Our philosophy is that optimal learning occurs when students are relaxed. Become ACLS certified in 1 Day!

The program fee is $297.

BLS Training Classes- The first time Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Class, a.k.a. BLS Class, is geared towards training individuals currently working in healthcare or planning a career in healthcare. In the first time BLS class, students will learn adult, child, and infant CPR. Students will also be trained on the use of an automated external defibrillator, or AED. Because this CPR class is for healthcare providers, there will be added training on how to use and preform rescue breaths using a bag valve mask. This device is found in hospitals, offices, and many other healthcare facilities. The BLS class training concludes with time dedicated to learning how to rescue choking infants, children, and adults. CPR Louisville allows students plenty of hands on practice and time to master the skills of BLS for Healthcare Providers.

The program fee is $70.
Remember, at the end of the training classes a student will be eligible for a certification after successfully passing a skills test and a written exam.
