2. Having a
treadmill or bike is great but it’s important to use it often, and that’s where

you in order for you to do it often, like walking around the mall or running
with a friend.
3. Many women
use cigarettes for weight control which is wrong because smoking is the leading
cause of cardiovascular disease. The best way to keep your weight in check is

4. Heart
